Situation:

Progressive’s challenge was they had inadequate, neglected space in a very tertiary market.  Their national broker advised them, “4,000 sq. ft. could not be found”, and the one local broker they found, offered only one unacceptable option.

Results:

1. ✦    CRC’s own aircraft allows access to ten times as many airports as commercial airlines
   

2. giving them an edge in the tertiary market.
   

3. ✦    CRC flew directly to the site and investigated all the options, finding 5 new locations.
   

Two of the new sites were RFP’d and the site chosen was a new building whose Landlord

accepted Progressive’s lease as is, and offered a turnkey build out with all Progressive’s

desired terms, combined with a below market rent of only $14.00 sq. ft., plus utilities and

janitorial.
