Situation:

Progressive had two offices in Newark and Wilmington and were seeking to combine them into one 12,500 sq. ft. office in order to create efficiencies.  Progressive wasn’t clear where they wanted to plant the one office.

Results:

1. ✦    CRC researched both markets and uncovered 21 sites.
   

2. ✦    A tour of 10 of the sites narrowed the properties down to 4 sites.
   

Ultimately, based on the lowest price and most flexible terms, a newer and better building,

within the same park and with the same landlord, as their Newark office was selected.

Highlights of the terms included a turnkey build out and permission to put their name and logo

on a prominent monument sign on the main road.
