    Situation:

    Allstate’s New England real estate director tasked his national broker to find new office space in
    Bedford, advising him this assignment was urgent, requiring immediate attention.  The national
    broker contacted his closest affiliate, located in Boston (50 miles away).

    Allstate spoke with the broker several times over the course of a few weeks, getting the same
    vague answer: “We’re working on it.”

    The real estate director asked us to “Fly under the radar screen” and see if there were any

    suitable sites in the Bedford market.

    CRC provided a full market report, with both aerial and ground video, uncovering 12 potential
    sites, all within 5 business days.
