Situation:

Using a known brokerage firm, Allstate was frustrated and upset being shown the same limited sites on several field trips, coming out from Chicago to Virginia, and not being satisfied with any of the choices presented.

1. ✦    There was at the time a 2% office vacancy in the market.
   

2. ✦    The broker informed Allstate there was limited amount of spaces that met their criteria.
   

Results:

CRC was tasked to see if this was in fact the case.  Within a week:

3. ✦    Skeptically Allstate came out, toured the market, and found several acceptable sites.
