Situation:

Progressive tasked CRC to find 9,000 sq. ft. of Class B+ - A- office space.  Port St. Lucie is primarily a bedroom community.  Most of the city was not designed and plotted to accommodate larger office buildings.  A strong demand for office space and a lack of inventory made finding suitable space a challenge.

Results:

  1.     CRC increased competition for Progressive’s tenancy by including retail and flex space.

  2.     By creating competition, CRC was able to save $701,000!

  3.     CRC secured space in an A- multi-floored office building at a major intersection.
